30 April 2025. Research Incubator Workshop

Melbourne Law School, In Person

The purpose of this workshop was to think together about how the research questions international lawyers ask might change if we started with the company/corporation. ECR/PhD Researchers gave short, exploratory presentations which takes their current research, locates a company or corporation within it, and tells the story from that point.

A selection of scholars presented and engaged with the questions that arose.  They included Sundhya Pahuja (MLS), Dan Danielsen (Northeastern), Jason Jackson (MIT), Andrew Sanger (Cambridge), Alexandra Kemmerer (Heidelberg), André Dao, (MLS), Adil Hasan Khan (MLS), Tim Peters (USC), and Tim Connor (Uni of Newcastle).

This was a local workshop designed to focus on scholars in Australia. There was no registration fee, and food was provided, but there was no general travel support available.
