The Academy in Advanced Legal Research & Method

Each year in late November/early December, the LPGCIL, with TALS, the Transnational Association of Legal Scholars, will convene a virtual academy in advanced research and methods in Law. Up to 16 participants will be selected to participate in an intensive online workshop for 4 days, on advanced research methods, craft and skills. Each candidate will also receive individual feedback on a piece of writing.  A number of scholarships will be available to cover the Academy fees. Each year, one or more women scholars will be further designated ‘Kathleen Fitzpatrick’ Scholars, receiving both a scholarship and additional mentoring.
